What age is this cardboard kit suitable for?
This cardboard building kit is ideal for kids aged 5 and up. For younger kids, we recommend using the anti-cut gloves and having adult supervision while they play
Does this kit include cardboard materials?
No, the kit includes only the cardboard cuting tools and connectors, You can use cardboard found around your home or from other places in your environment :)
Is the cardboard cutter safe for children?
The cardboard cutter has a serrated blade that's safe and easy for children to use. it won't cause cuts unless excessive pressure is applied. For younger children, we recommend wearing anti-cut gloves and using the tool under adult supervision.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it was placed through Shopify and has not yet shipped. To do so, please follow these steps:

- Once logged in, click on "Cancel Order Now."

Is the Kizzikids covered by a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty on all Kizzikids tools. If you are having issues with your tool kits, you can always reach us at support@kizzikids.com ! We're happy to help troubleshoot before getting you a return or exchange.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's " Track My Order " page or through the courier's tracking system to monitor the delivery status.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
